On September 25, 2021, the annual meeting of the Green Finance Committee of the Chinese Finance Society (Green Finance Committee) was held at the Beijing Sub Center, jointly organized by the Green Finance Committee, the Beijing Institute of Green Finance and Sustainable Development, the Chongyang Institute of Finance of Renmin University of China, the International Institute of Green Finance of Central University of Finance and Economics, and the Institute of Modern Finance of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China .

This is the seventh annual meeting held by the Green Finance Committee. About 200 experts and guests from more than 70 Chinese and foreign institutions attended the meeting, and 420,000 people attended the meeting online.

Mei Dewen, general manager of Beijing Green Exchange and Secretary General of Beijing Green Finance Association, presided over the special session of "carbon market and carbon finance".

A total of 14 achievements were released at the meeting. Beijing Green Finance Association provided support for three achievements: Discussion on carbon neutralization fund helping double carbon goals, Research Report on the evolution and Prospect of global carbon credit mechanism and enterprise ESG information management and disclosure system.
