According to the charter of Beijing Green FinanceAssociation （BGFA）, the Members’ Meeting as the highest authority is responsible for formulating and revising the charter. The executive institution is the Council, which is responsible for the Members’ Meeting and instructs BGFA to develop its daily business during the closing period of the Members’ Meeting. The Board Members of Supervisors Committee are voted by the Members’ Meeting and are responsible for the Members’ Meeting. The Secretariat takes charge of daily work of BGFA. BGFA has several working departments such as the Secretariat, Finance Department, Membership Department, Research Department and Training & Education Department.
